Michelle has over 20 years of experience working with students, teachers, and parents, both as an elementary classroom teacher and as a Special Education teacher. Michelle has over 20 years of experience working with students, teachers, and parents, both as an elementary classroom teacher and as a Special Education teacher. Her passion and focus has been to empower children and their families to create positive experiences in and out of the classroom. As a parent of school aged children, Michelle has also had to navigate the school system as an advocate for her own children. She has been a member of the Ontario College of Teachers since 2001 and has her Specialist Qualifications in Special Education.
